Will the excess yearly subscription fees be refunded?

We will absolutely refund all customers with any surplus payment amounts beyond the closure date of October 15th, 2025.

      • This can vary depending on who you bank with, as standard it is typically 2-7 days for funds to appear in your account. If after two weeks, you still have not received your refund please  email us using help@fotomerchant.com so that we can check everything processed as expected on our side.
         
  • How much money will I be refunded?

      • This will vary across our users; factors include the dollar value of the plan you were on and the date you paid. Each customer will be refunded for any extra months paid for beyond October 15th, 2025.
