Simply email us using help@fotomerchant.com and provide the following information to verify you are the account owner.
- Name on the account
- Email the account is registered with
- The date you want the account closed
So that you know, early cancellation and refunding requests will happen at the same time after which access will cease immediately.
The exact date you request us to perform this action may not be possible. We will try to process it as close to the date as possible and never earlier than the date you requested. We will communicate via email once it has been processed.
