Fotomerchant Folio was never designed to be an image repository or storage facility. Whilst it is possible to download a single image at a time, this process is rather time-consuming.
We would recommend instead, that you take this opportunity to review your saved images using your preferred storage methods and curate a fresh new set of images to show off your best work on your brand new website.

This tutorial contains instructions on how to download an original image that was uploaded to the Fotomerchant account.
The Fotomerchant system currently operates on two different versions that vary slightly, therefore you can find two sets of instructions below. If you are unsure which version your account is on, you can refer to this tutorial.

1. Navigate to the Library > Galleries area of your Fotomerchant account.
2. Use the View Gallery button (eye icon) or double click on the gallery to navigate to your images. The icons appear when the mouse is on top of a gallery.
3. Click on the Edit button (pencil icon) that appears when hovering over the image with your mouse.
4. At the top right of the page, you will find a Download button that will allow you to access the original image file.
