When your Fotomerchant account is billed, an automatic email invoice is sent to the account’s login email address. You can also access and print past invoices directly from your admin interface or download them as a CSV file.
There are currently two versions of Fotomerchant, and the instructions vary slightly between them. If you're unsure which version you're using, please refer to this article to identify your version.

Accessing the Billing History and Printing Invoices on Version 3
- Click on your User Name at the top left of the page and select My Billing History.
- You’ll see a list of all your invoices.
- To view an invoice, click the blue reference link.
- To view an invoice, click the blue reference link.
- To print invoices:
- Tick the checkbox next to the invoice(s).
- Click the Actions dropdown at the top.
- Select Print Invoices / Receipt.
- To export a CSV summary of your billing history:
- Tick the checkbox next to the invoice(s).
- Click the Actions icon at the top.
- Select Export Invoices (Excel/CSV).

- Click on your User Name at the top right of the page and select My Billing History.
- You’ll see a list of all your invoices.
- To view an invoice, click the blue reference link.
- To print invoices:
- Tick the checkbox next to the invoice(s).

- Select Print Invoices / Receipt.
- To export a CSV summary of your billing history:
- Tick the checkbox next to the invoice(s).
- Click the Actions icon at the top.
- Select Export Invoices (Excel/CSV).
