Fotomerchant offers an inbuilt Contact Form that captures your visitors' name, email, phone and any message they'd like to send through to you. When this form isn't sufficient for your requirements, a Custom Form can be use instead.
A third party Custom Form can be used when:
- A form is required for studio bookings or other advanced requirements.
- More information is required and is not captured by default using the Fotomerchant Contact Form.
- The Fotomerchant account uses Fotomerchant Version 2 and does not have access to the inbuilt Contact Form.
When building a Custom Form, Fotomerchant recommends the following third party providers:
Each of these providers will provide you with a code snippet that can be used to show their custom form on any web page on an website of your choosing.

- Using the advanced web page editor to add a third party Custom Form.
Using the mobile friendly web page editor
1. Copy the HTML code snippet from your third party custom form provider.
2. Navigate to the Website > Pages area of your Fotomerchant account.
3. Click on the web page (Home, About, Contact etc..) you would like to edit.
4. Scroll down to the content area and click on the grey + bar.
5. Select the Raw HTML/JS block
6. Paste in the HTML code snippet from your third party custom form provider.
7. Use the green Save button on the bottom of the page to finalise the changes.
Using the advanced web page editor
1. Copy the HTML code snippet from your third party custom form provider.
2. Navigate to the Website > Pages area of your Fotomerchant account.
3. Click on the web page (Home, About, Contact etc..) you would like to edit.
4. Click on the blue HTML icon in the Body (optional) navigation bar.
5. Paste in the HTML code snippet from your third party custom form provider and use the Update button
6. Use the green Save button on the bottom of the page to finalise the changes.
