When your Fotomerchant account is being billed, the system sends out an automatic email invoice to the account login email address. You can also access the Billing History and print your invoices from within the admin interface.
There are currently two different Versions of Fotomerchant. The instructions vary slightly on the two versions, so I've included two sets of instructions below. If you are unsure about which Version of Fotomerchant you are on, you can refer to the article in this link.

1) Click on your User Name at the top left of the page and select My Billing History.
This will bring up a list with all the invoices. To open an invoice you can click on the blue reference link of an invoice.
Alternatively, you can also tick an invoice, click on the Actions drop box at the top and select the Print Invoices / Receipts option.
