How do I update my Credit Card details?

While your Fotomerchant account is active a valid Mastercard or Visa (debit or credit card) is needed to ensure that subscription, print and transaction fees can be processed.

Fotomerchant subscriptions automatically renew annually or monthly on their own billing cycles, unless you cancel the subscription beforehand. The automatic renewal is for your convenience and will avoid any interruption of the service. 

The Fotomerchant system currently operates on two different versions that vary slightly, therefore you can find two sets of instructions below. If you are unsure which version your account is on, you can refer to this tutorial

1. Click on your Name at the top left and select My Billing Details

2. Enter your Credit Card Details and use the Update Payment Details button on the bottom.
