Below is a detailed explanation of how to modify your DNS records if you are using name.com as your domain registrar.

Note that in step 7 below, you'll need to enter your domain Verification Code. You can find your this by navigating to the Website / Domain Name page of your Fotomerchant admin account and making your way through the Custom Website Address process there!..
It will look something like this: dabcdcu
Log in to your name.com account
1. Enter your name.com username and password in the fields at the top of the name.com homepage.
2. Click the Login button
Go to your account
3. Click the Account icon
Choose you domain name
4. Click on the domain name you want to edit
Go to DNS Record Management
5. Click on the DNS Record Management link
Add the DNS Verification CNAME record
6. Choose CNAME from the drop down box
7. Now enter your site verification code in the Record Host field. Eg: dabcdcu
8. Enter the text: domainverify.fotomerchant.com
9. Enter 300 in the TTL field
10. Click Submit
Adding the www CNAME record
11. Choose CNAME from the drop down box
12. Enter www
13. Enter customerdomain.fotomerchant.com
14. Enter 300
15. Click Submit
Adding the 4 A Host Records
We now need to add the first two A Host Records for the root of your domain. This will allow visitors to visit your site using the address: http://yourdomainname.com as the web address.
16. Choose A from the drop down box
17. Leave blank
18. Enter the system IP 54.215.0.71 in to the Record Answer field
19. Enter 300 in the TTL field
20. Click Submit
21. Now repeat steps 11 to 15 to create the second A Host record. This time, enter this second system IP address at step 18: 54.215.0.74
Now we'll add the final two "wildcard" A Host Records for your domain.
22. Choose A from the drop down box
23. Enter the asterisk symbol "*" in to the Host Record field
24. Enter the system IP 54.215.0.71 in to the Record Answer field
25. Enter 300 in the TTL field
26. Click Submit
27. Now repeat steps 22 to 26 to create the second A Host record. This time, enter this second system IP address at step 24: 54.215.0.74
That's pretty much it! You've now added all the necessary DNS records into your Melbourne IT account.
Note: these changes can take up to 48 hours to propogate through the network (though it's usually much quicker)
