In this lesson we'll show you how to ensure a sender is added to your Safe List so that you receive your Fotomerchant newsletters without having them slip through to your Junk folder.
Here we go..
1. Go into your Junk folder.
2. Select any message from Fotomerchant.
3. You should now be able to click the Not Junk button at the top of the folder and this will move the message back to your default Inbox.
4. You should also be able to right-click (Windows) or control-click (Mac) on the message title itself and choose to mark the item as Not Junk.
This will ensure that future messages from this address turn up in your Inbox rather then being relegated to the Junk folder.
