It is currently not possible to access a Fotomerchant website directly via the FTP protocol.
Fotomerchant websites are managed through a software platform that spreads across a multitude of servers and various other technical components. As such, it is not considered a traditional website host that can provide direct FTP access to the file system of a website.
In order to upload images to your website, we recommend using the drag-and-drop or pop-up uploader web interfaces in your Galleries, or our Lightroom Exporter Plugin.
